トレーダーズトラスト(Traders Trust)法人口座に関して説明を申し上げます。
必要な書類が提出された場合はどのお客様も、法人口座は開設可能です。

その為、全ての書類が顧客あるいは法人側より提出される必要があります。

個人/法人がIB（イントロデューシングブローカー）になる予定で、手数料を受け取るのみである場合、もしくは法人としてご自身の資金の入金、取引を行う場合であるかどうか、法人口座の作成理由をご教示ください。

法人企業が、ご自身の資金を入金及び取引する場合には全ての書類が認証されたコピー（原本から正しく複製されたものであることの証明を受けた書類）を最初にトレーダーズトラスト(Traders Trust)へメールで送って頂き、関連部門によってチェックしました後、問題がなければ、トレーダーズトラスト(Traders Trust)まで書類を郵送して頂く必要があります。

法人口座開設に必要な書類は下記の通りです。

•Certificate of incorporation (certified as a true document by the registrar within the last 6 months)
法人設立認可証（過去6か月以内発行の証明書）

• Memorandum and Article of Association (certified as a true document by the registrar within the last 6 months)
会社定款（過去6か月以内発行の証明書）
➡会社定款には株式保有数等が記載されているため、提出必須となります。履歴事項全部証明書（Certificate of full registry record）のみの提出は受け付けられません。

• Shareholders and Directors certificates (certified as a true document by the registrar within the last 6 months)
株主及び会社代表証明（過去6か月以内発行の証明書）

• Passport and Utility Bills for all shareholders/ directors
全株主及び全代表者のパスポート及び光熱費領収書
➡パスポートが用意できない場合、（有効期限内の写真付き住基カード、運転免許証でも受付けるようです）

• Bank statement for the company (original)
会社の銀行取引明細書（原本）

Corporate accounts can be opened, all documents need to be provided by the client/company. Please find out if the client/corporate account will only be an IB and receive commission or if they will deposit their own funds.

If they wish to deposit and trade their own funds, as well as providing certified true copies of all their documents electronically (by email to be check by us first) they will also need to send us the physical documents by post.
